Dollieh Sanctuary

Hi everyone,

I placed an order for the first time on Dollyhair a week ago. I read that an email would be sent once the order has shipped. I checked my order since I hadn't received an email. It said status: Pending (paypal ec)

Has anyone had this experience? I paid through paypal through their 2Checkout system. I logged onto my paypal and payment went through that same day so I'm a little confused.

I've heard that their can be delays with Dollyhair so I just wanted to check here first to see if this is normal.

Sounds fine to me. Sometimes I think there's only 1 or 2 people working there so give it a good week or so to come in. Each hank is packed separately and labeled in it's own bag, mixes need to be done, special orders met. I've ordered several times over the years and never had any problems.

What did you order?

I order all the time from Dollyhair.com and Tina-san (the owner) is always super friendly and helpful. When she's on vacation, or pregnant, or ill, she does sometimes have an assistant that is a bit slower in fulfilling orders, but don't worry, no matter what, you will receive the hair.

Not sure why it says 'Pending' but if your payment went through, don't worry, the order will reach you soon. Usually, I receive the hair within 7-10 days of ordering, but if she's using her assistant for some reason, it could take up to 3 weeks.

The hair arrived very quickly once it was shipped

Now to do the reroot, it's my first attempt so hopefully everything goes well XD
