I talked to my mom around 9pm last night as the hurricane passed by in Broward County, FL. She had electricity - and a roof. I'll check in on her again later this morning.

Can we get a head count of our other FL, GA, SC and NC coastal members to make sure everyone is okay? <3

Anyway, the hurricane is supposed to pass by us this afternoon, so we're still waiting for it, but we're just hoping and praying it won't be as bad as it seems. We're inland a little bit further from the coast (about 50 miles inland so not much but some), so it's not on our direct path, but we do have a lot of family members on the coastal area that we're praying for even more!
