Do you live in the UK?

If you've answered yes, my next question is - do you watch Emmerdale?

If you've answered yes, my next question is - do you have the ability to record the show in electronic format and put it on a DVD or other mailable/downloadable media?

If you've answered yes, my next question is - will you help me?

Ok, I confess, I do not like soap operas (US or UK) in the normal course of things, but an actor I have been fond of (yes, that's a euphemism for 'lust') for a very long time, recently joined the cast and despite searching everywhere on the internet that I can think of, I cant find a way to watch the darn show in the US. Every place I find stops me at some point and says "Not available in your country". AARRRRGGGHHHHHH. And YouTube only has little 2 minute snippets >< GRRRRRRRR

Alternately, if someone knows an online source that I haven't found where I can download episodes (from starting in August 2016) that's fine - I don't care I just want to see them!

Yes, I'm sad, and pathetic, but given as this is the first thing he's been on in decades that isn't a stage performance I kinda want to see at least some of it.

I will be happy to pay postage, supplies, whatever in exchange for having my addiction fed.

Desperately yours, Greyhaunt.

There's this on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Emmerdale-Farm-C ... =Emmerdale

For computers the VLC player might play a PAL.

Buy a multi region DVD player, or take a DVD player, not your newest bells and whistles one, and you can enter a hack code on the remote and do a region unlock.

I understand there are VPN and proxy services that allow you to do this sort of thing (at least the watching part), but I have no idea about their legality and genuinely have no idea which ones would be good or not.

Whilst I live in the UK I can't offer to help as I have no recording devices (don't watch Emmerdale either)

I own a region free DVD player, that's not a problem. that particular DVD, however, is of episodes from a long, long time ago. I'm looking for the currently running program - the one now on television. That won't be on DVDs for a very long time, if ever.

Yea, non-legal downloads will be a last resort, I'm not quite that desperate LOL. I'm just a sad fan of an actor who we never see over here :(

Why can't he appear on Midsomer Murders or some other show I can actually see? Hell, I'd even watch an episode of Dr Who if he was in it - and I hate that show! :)
