Sometime in the coming weeks the ISP will be updating the forum software to PHP 7.4. This upgrade ensures enhanced data processing, which can improve site speed and performance, as well as increased security.

Since the ISP is performing this update as a free service, the exact date/time/duration of the update is unknown.

The update will likely cause some of our added features such as certain optional board styles to cease functioning.

We thank you for your patience during the update process.

The recent site outage was due to the phpBB software update. Obviously, the update attempt did not go so well. The site has been restored to its previous version. A serious update will be required in the near future. Stay tuned...

Yeah, I looked up the error, and it said it was because an extension was no longer viable, essentially.

I've been worried for like a week, because I didn't notice the warning, lol! I'm sorry the upgrade didn't work.

Yeah, their "upgrade" broke the whole damn site. Took me a while to find K2's contact information and coordinate. We'll get a better fix sorted.

Whew I’m glad it got sorted out. I didn’t see the notice before the site went down. I just kept checking in and hoping for the best. Glad it’s back (even if the update didn’t work).
