Halloween 2024

On Halloween, my sister and I wore our Neo Princess Pluto and Uranus costumes out and about town while shopping and dining out for lunch, then giving out bags of chips to Trick or Treaters last night.
We had fun and went all over! Many people said the costumes were so beautiful and some even ventured to guess 'who' we were! :laughs: (Unfortunately, no one got it right---anime isn't that widespread around here so I came in not expecting anyone to recognize us---especially in the 'princess' dresses rather than Sailor fuku.)
But it was a lot of fun, anyway!

Our lawn care guy was at the same restaurant for lunch! We sat down and we were talking and all of a sudden, the booth next to us, a guy says 'Y'all aren't supposed to wear costumes and wigs so I can't recognize you!' jokingly! We turned and to our surprise, it was James and his wife! (Our mower guy) He had on the 'I voted early!' sticker too, so I guess they'd just gone to vote as well! What timing we all did the same things at the same time! So we chitchatted a bit, met his wife formally and then went about our lunch. :)

When they were leaving to go, my sister asked to take a pic with him and his wife, and then we sat back down to finish our lunch.
Well! When we were ready to pay for our order, the waitress said that the man in the booth next to us had already paid for our entire meal!!!!!

:faints:

Can you believe it?! That was sooo nice of him! And so unexpected!!!! We've never had that happen to us before with someone else paying our bill and not even telling us! So sweet and generous! Of course, we called him later when we got home to thank him for his generosity and kindness. He said he wanted to do it for us, after all we've done for him over the years, always trying to help him, too.

So we made a special memory from yesterday that we won't forget!!!

Thanks for looking, Min'na-sama!!
God bless!!!!

Ha ha!!!! Rteh Rose will let us put anything on her! She wore a huge soft collar 'cone' for over 3 months after her spaying!!! She looked like a little lioness! She's such a good little girl! So mild and affectionate! She never scratches nor bites or anything! And she doesn't touch any of our figures or dolls or collections which are ALL over. She doesn't hurt anything. Just goes where we tell her and she doesn't try to climb or jump onto tables or shelves! Everyone says it's incredible.
Here she is wearing bunny ears for Easter and a 4 leaf clover for St Patrick's Day:
