At 2:05 in the video you can see positives for all the vinyl parts (sans head) for the coming 65cm male body.

That was very interesting! Thanks for posting the link MK. I hadn't been to Danny's blog in quite a while, so I had missed this.
It's interesting to note that while the heads are molded in the traditional PVC slush casting method, the bodies use a somewhat different approach.
I wonder if the injection molding for the ABS and POM parts is done off-site?

I don't know if he ever posted it to his blog or not. He's been promising to but I haven't seen it yet. :p I just kind of lucked up and found it on youtube while looking for Obitsu videos. XD I thought the process was very interesting. I mean, I never would have guessed that the soft parts are pretty much boiled.
Seeing how labor intensive it is to make each one gives me a whole new kind of respect for them.
