Custom packaging?

I didn't know where to honestly ask this question but any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm currently making a play set of sorts in amigurumi form as a present. The doll includes accessories unique to itself and I'd like to put it in a box very similar to the way action figures and dolls are displayed in stores. The first solution I thought of was to somehow find boxes with a clear top or clear window to mimic retail toy packaging and just fill in the rest.

When I actually try to google this, there are many custom retail packaging services but they're all wholesale. Is there any service that will actually do just single, custom orders? Anyone? Anywhere?

What we do is just actually use doll boxes and redecorate them. We often have to buy dolls JUST for their boxes!!! :laughs:

The best boxes I recommend are the nice Disney Princess boxes from the Disney Store:

But you can use any type! We've used GI Joe boxes:

And Barbie/Fashion doll boxes:

It's fun and easy to redecorate existing fashon doll/action figure boxes and really gives a nice finished look to dolls.

Hope it helps!

You can buy sheets of Acetate and rolls of plastic film at the craft store and make your own window in any box.
