Well....no easy answer.
Hujoo Jackie will supply you with immediate gratification as she is relatively inexpensive and a definite starter doll in the BJD realm. After you get her you can start saving for the DZ Annie which will be available (on and off as it goes in and out of stock at JS) for quite some time as she is a relatively new sculpt and not likely to be discontinued anytime soon.
On the other hand, the difference between a resin BJD and a Hujoo is, to a certain extent, apples and oranges. I've tried to like the Hujoo, but they just haven't done it for me up to now. Not sure why, but I'm not big on them. On the other hand, I love resin dolls, and the obitsu dolls so if it were really me, I'd forget the hujoo and save for Annie.
In the end, I think it just comes down to what you really want to have more.
And hey, don't worry about the questions

Depends on your preferance...Hujoo Jackie is definantly more affordable but if you reaaalllyyy want a DZ Annie, as in reeaaally, where you know that she's "the doll", I'd say get her.
If you customized pullips before, I think doing a face up on Hujoo Jackie would probably be okay or you can always comission her. And then you can carry her everywhere and freak your friends out *shot* pretend that you didn't read that one.
But the plus side of getting a bigger doll like Annie would be that you can get a feel of how big they are and whether it's the right size for you and such. Plus if it's a fullset, no need to worry about clothing, shoes, wigs, eyes and other things like that.
The final decision is entirely up to you.
Warning 1: Okay, this is being said by a noob myself, as I only own one doll who is partially unstrung with out face up, eyes, wigs or clothes or whatever. You might want to wait for a more experienced user, which brings us the question why I even wrote this whole thing.
Not-so-serious waning 2: Never leave a doll blank with no item whatsoever. The doll will nag you. Day and night. Until you give in. Bye bye, more money.

Hi!,
Er I was wondering about whether we'd scared you off after the "Poses" question. To be honest, you should feel free to ask whatever questions you want. In your last question, I think ppl were just a little baffled by your gapping comment since FL engineering is widely viewed as one of the best if not the best. It's a lot of expectation to be placed on a resin doll.
Mmmmmmm
Considering your previous questions, I'm scared to recommend a BJD for you lol. I don't want you to be disappointed and turn away from the hobby.
I will say that the dollzone bodies are solid posers as far as I can tell. I don't own one but I got to handle one at a doll meet.
I also don't own a Hujoo and they are a great intro to the BJD world since they are much more affordable but I'm not sure how poseable they are. Everyone else who has one had loved theirs and said they are well worth the price.
I say get the Hujoo and have some fun with her but be aware that it's basically a Tiny sized BJD and if you want more posing ability, a larger doll might have more posing ability due to their larger size. (it depends really on the engineer.)
I hope that helps and that you finally fixed your Taeyang's foot!
EDIT:
Ah, You mean the ABS plastic Jackie on JS...I thought someone said she was resin. She is a lot more affordable but if the price difference doesnt bother you the Dollzone is a lot more posable.
My feeling is that Jackie might disappoint you with her posing ability. She's cute and affordable but not what I think you're looking for.

Jackie is ABS plastic, kuroso.chan - you are thinking of Cora - the 44cm "action body" from Hujoo. That one is actually even more expensive than a Dollzone - I think.
To echo landwhale, poseability of a Hujoo is definitely not the same as a larger BJD, although similar techniques (like sueding and wiring) can be used to help improve it.

You may also want to consider what size you would prefer at this time. Annie is a 44 cm and Jackie is a 24 cm. That 20 cm is a pretty big difference. Some people like both sizes, but they are different to handle.

I think follow your instincts. Is everytime you look at DZ Annie you feel like you need to click that add to cart button and the urge takes a few minutes to shake off? If so...She's yours.

Go with the doll you want the most. Which one speaks to you and says she wants to come home the most? Why do you want the doll?
The Hujoo will fit inbetween the girl with the brown hair and the guy in the black shirt on the left, the Dollzone will be the same size as the guy in the green shirt.
