It's that time again. Anyone doing NaNoWriMo this year?

Myri and I took the day off so we could get a good start on writing this year. I am richila there too.

I can't write a single coherent story that long...

I really should, if only to kick myself in the butt to write more.

Every year I think about it and every year I talk myself out of it .....

I talked my husband into it 2 years ago and he has been hooked ever since. It is also a lot easier when he is writing too. We have special writing hats and the house rule is do not disturb when the writing hat is on.

Writing hats.... that would be fun.

The writing hat idea is awesome, but I think my 4-year-old would take it as an invitation to pester more. XD

Hmmm...writing hats.....can I use one at work? lol I write in a notebook whenever I think of things at work, it's a great way to rememver things I think of while I'm not able to give all my time to writing but of course the most fun is deciphering what my shorthand means
