USPS says package delivered (but it isn't)?

So my package wasn't delivered today, but the delivery conformation says it was.
I've gone through this before, but I can't remember what I clicked on. I think it was before USPS changed their website.
I have the phone number and I will call them, but last few times I've had to do this I've gotten better results with reporting the problem through email.
I remember it had an option for comments, a place to put your DC number and your issue.
Does anyone have a link where I can report a missing USPS package?

I'm sorry this happened
I've had my own run-ins with USPS shipping and such, but never that it says it was delivered and it hasn't. I found this link with numbers and resources and such on the website. Maybe it would help? (though I've had MISERABLE luck with calling USPS in the past. Peggy says, "TRANSFER!")

I;ve had problems with USPS saying my package has arrived or that it's somewhere else. When it's already by my door.

It could be that It's at their facility near your home and they just haven't delivered it yet, also If it shows up and still says it's on the move it just hasn't been updated yet. On top of the fact that it's run by the U.S. government and they're severely under-funded, under-staffed, and over-worked. Just get in contact every way you can, be cordial and hope for the best. I wish you all the best luck in this endeavor!

Hopefully whoever sent the package had the address written correctly, and in legible penmanship. That could have screwed something up. Is there a chance USPS delivered it to the wrong address?

I'm just glad it was only a pair of (human) boots and not a doll or something of equal worth. Going to wait and see if it shows up tomorrow or if a neighbor has it. -___-'
The first time this happened (around 08) I never got the package, the post office got all defensive and acted like it wasn't their fault. That time I went and talked to them personally. The second time it happened (beginning of this year) I filled out the form over the internet and my mail lady even knocked on my door and told me that she was sorry and that everyone was trying to get the issue sorted out. That package showed up about 4 days later in my mail box.
This time... i hope it goes well.
I'm still trying to find the form I filled out, I'm thinking they took it down or something.

For some reason, I always get an email notification that the package is delivered a day before it actually arrives. Now when I get an email notification, I just figure the package will be here tomorrow. If you still haven't gotten it, you need to go to the post office and tell them. I have actually gotten delivery confirmation packages delivered here-- to the wrong address (in other words, not mine). I took it in to the post office- it happened three different times. The mail man got chewed out for that one. I said "You know, I could have just kept this, and when the person who didn't get their package complained, your computer would have shown that it WAS delivered."
So yeah- delivery confirmation doesn't really mean all that much. If you want to really be sure it's delivered, then you have to get "signature required".

When we lived in the apt complex I complained about our mail carrier more than a dozen times (in 3 years) because he would put the "we are sorry we missed you" delivery attempt notices in our mailbox by the office because he was too lazy to actually bring it to the door - especially since, as homeschooling mom I was usually home. And I know for a fact I wasn't the only person doing so. Even the office had complaints, but within a few months of his being "talked to" by his supervisor he'd be doing it again. And the USPS wonders when it's on the verge of bankruptcy .....

It wasn't at the neighbors, and wasn't delivered yesterday. Filing a ticket over the phone. :/ bleh.
I like my post lady, she is very sweet and polite; one time I did have a guy (I guess it was her day off?) and he did leave the note in my mailbox instead of coming to the door. I watched him do it. I was expecting a doll that day and was stalking the window. I was pretty mad.
