Help, I need advice = RESULT

Postby Valli » Thu Jul 29, 2010 2:07 pm

about an ebay transaction that's going wrong.
Let me explain. I bought a Basaak doll on 14th June and paid immediately. The auction stated the doll would be sent immediately and that it would arrive between 15-21 days. On the 29th June I received a note from the ebayer to say the item had just been sent. I then wrote to her asking why it was sent 15 days after I paid. This is her reply

ok, shipment from me is already. but maybe late a little. plz, waite. don't worry about item lost and I will checking for you.

Best Regard,

- 2inner_by_nature

So I waited and waited. I then had this response from her on 19th July.

hello,

Are you receive a doll? if you not receive within 5 august 2010. I will shiped to you again for returning and I will find the lost post box. Contact me for checking,ok?

Best Regard,

- 2inner_by_nature

I wrote saying I still hadn't received it. By this time I'm getting a bit fed up with being fobbed off and having to wait yet again. She wrote on the 21 July with this message.

hello,

oh,wht happen my doll? T^T
ok, I will checking for you again. And I'm so sorry for late time. contact me when you have question.

Best Regard,

- 2inner_by_nature

I decided enough was enough and I asked for a full refund as the doll was obviously not going to come. It's been 6 weeks!
This is her response on 27th July.
hello,
I'm so sorry for this problem. I want to let you know the truth. The company requested to transport the cargo to the problem of 20 items of 51 pieces. so if you give me a chance to shiped again.
I promise to get the glasses with and delivery time within 20 days of this, but if you want to request a refund I am willing to do what you want. Please confirm again.

I didn't understand what she was trying to say. Had she sent it or not? I've no idea. So I asked for a refund again.

She responded on the same day (27th)

hello,

thank you ,sir. I can refund for you within 10 day.
thank you for shopping and I'm so sorry for a problem and not good survice for you .during that I will find my item back . Thank you again.

best regard,

- 2inner_by_nature

This is my response... I don't understand what the problem is, but I would like a full refund. Six weeks is too long to wait and I'm not willing to wait another 3 weeks.

Thank you.

Her response....
Dear valli47,

hello,
Ok, I can full refund to you but for my feedback. can you kind to don't give me negative?

Best Regard,

- 2inner_by_nature

I discussed this with hubby and he said as she was giving a refund, then perhaps I didn't need to leave negative feedback. OK, seems fair... then she writes this!

hello,

thank you ,sir. I can refund for you within 10 day.
thank you for shopping and I'm so sorry for a problem and not good survice for you .during that I will find my item back . Thank you again.

best regard,

- 2inner_by_nature

Now I'm really fed up... another 10 days!? Why?

My response... 10 days! That's too long. I would like an immediate refund. I've already waited 6 weeks. Did you send the doll? You will have insurance, but I have no doll and no money. Please refund the $50 now.

Her response on 29th July...
Dear valli47,

hello,

plz, kind for me . I will find my packet back. I want sure for my item not lost . Give post office 10 day for checking and follow item back. I will refund for you sure within 10 day.

Best Regard,

- 2inner_by_nature

OK.... so what should I do? Wait another 10 days? I don't see it's my problem. She should just refund the $50. I don't have a clue where her doll is. It's obviously not going to arrive here and it probably won't be returned to her. I can see this going on and on and on with more and more delays and excuses. I don't think ebay/paypal are going to help as it's 6 weeks now. So.... please help. Thanks in advance.

Contact Ebay and PayPal any way, this could be something she does a lot. Did you use a credit card for your Pay Pal? Tell them too. You may need to send your communications to some of them as well.

I've only had two problems in my online transaction history, a package I sent that was addressed wrong, eventually came back to me, and I sent it out again and it arrived, and a jerk on Amazon who blamed the post office for not sending the package. Got my money back and he got kicked off.

That sounds really bad Valli. I'd definitely tell ebay and paypal! And leave negative feedback whether you get the item or not. That way other people can see what you had to go through. :(

I have had problems like that before, ebay does not play though. just file a complaint via ebay, resolution you want select refund, write the problem and send ebay will take care of it for you fast and easy don't sweat it.

Oh, I'm so sorry, Valli-san!

That is terrible! I'm glad I don't have her nerve in my tooth! (About not leaving negative feedback and then to not do HER part!) How can she ask that and not immediately give a refund? She should've refunded you the payment immediately to deserve such kindness from you!

Hopefully you paid with a credit card? THen you can get a refund no matter how long it's been.

However, if not, you should still try to open a dispute on eBay so that the seller will hurry to resolve this and if she doesn't, eBay hopefully will. ^^ Just hope it's not too late to do it! I think the deadline is 45 days....(without credit card)

Good luck!!

God bless, hope it works out for you soon,

Do they have a store or something so we know who to avoid? Otherwise Basaak dolls are interesting.

Hi all
Thanks for your help, unfortunately the deadline has passed. I hadn't realised that with all this nonsense. I've just requested the immediate refund again.

As to the seller I've left her ebay ID intact above. Avoid her "2inner_by_nature". If I don't get my refund tomorrow, I'm leaving negative feedback and putting this down to experience. DON'T LET THINGS GO ON FOR MORE THAN 45 DAYS!!! I am so bloody cheesed off with this I can hardly write. In all the years I've dealt with ebay, I've NEVER had this happen. If this is what she does, then the true feedback would not be 100%. This is so wrong. Don't touch her with a barge poll.

I've put a bad seller post up on another board. Avoid this seller!!!

Sorry to hear this. Did you use pay Paypal by using your credit card? If so I would file a dispute with the credit company. I would also talk with someone from eBay and Paypal even though the deadline has passed. Also make sure you inform all the forums that you are on about this bad seller.

I paid with cash from my bank through paypal. I don't have a credit card.

I gave the sell what for yesterday and demanded my money back in no uncertain terms.

She said she'd refund me on Monday as the banks are closed Sat and Sun and then I received this!!!!!

hello,

Before plz, give me positive feedback and comment with reason is ' Sellers are required to ask for a refund ' only!!. so I will refund within this monday

Best Regard,

- 2inner_by_nature

Can you believe this bloody woman? I've had refunds from others without having to leave feedback. What a cheek!

Valli that's horrible!!! I would still try to contact paypal. Even though the dealine has passed. I had a previous experience with a passed deadline and I sent them all the communications and they voted in my favor despite the whole deadline thing. plus, it's always good to at least attempt to report them and put them on the alert to this person.

I would not respond to their request for feedback. I might let them know that you are contacting ebay (which I would certainly do anyway-- just to make them aware as well). But there's no way in hell I'd give that person a positive. She's out of her mind.
