Richila, definitely let me know how it works out. I'm tempted to get one for my girlfriend.

I haven't figured out how to use the lenses properly yet. (added to the fact that the latest update changed the settings on my camera phone) But, I am loving the Gorillapod. A sample picture:

cute picture! I can't wait to hear more about the lenses though, I was thinking they would be a fun thing to get for my ipad.

I used to have something like that for my old phone years ago. It was a set of five I think, a macro lens and some kaleidoscope effects. Just cheap plastic and held on by a little sticker (they came with a few extra for when they inevitably lost their stickiness). The macro lense was the only useful one and, as I recall, the reason I bought them (since the camera zoom was so useless back then).

Oh thats great! I'm a "snap a pic with your phone" girl too. Just because I do not have the money to buy a new camera and my phone (samsung galaxy s2) has a very decent one. But just not with all the little thingies I would like it to have. Thinking about the poloriser and telephoto lens.. Not only for my dolls but also for my daughter (and the occasional son that has a day where he doesn't run away from mommie with camera.... teens... *sigh* )
