The head became Narcissus, a sultry foil for my disgruntled mute, Chorus, his brother sculpt. I don't know if all sleeping heads come like this, but Luts puts slats of resin behind the eyes that make it real pain to open the eyes and use them. >_>
Sorry for the AWFUL quality on the first few. These are from '06 or '07, taken on a webcam. xD;
This was all done with just an exacto knife and some brute force. xD I then acquired an eye gouger--I mean eye sander (a rough ball on a stick, basically) that worked... with mixed results. It ended up coated in resin dust and useless, so for a good portion of the sanding, I had to tape or tie sandpaper onto the ball to make it work. It's probably for the best that I don't have any pictures of that... xD Pitiful.
I opened the eye up quite a bit more, but I don't seem to have pictures of that. >_> I only wanted to open one eye--somethin' sorta unique, y'know? c:
Fast forward a few years, and I finally decide to give a face-up a try!
The first go is pretty subtle, so I quickly up the ante and have my first foray into doll eyelashes~ 'cause WHY NOT
Now he's lookin' a little sultry! But what would he be with eyelashes without a little GLOSS 8D ehehehe

And here he is, stealing his brother's body. xD Poor Chorus. His face-up was not done by me, but by Bonwa, I think... ooh, it's been a while. He's about due for a new face-up, too...
