Shaggy little wolf boy (new wig and tail)

My Hujoo Jake is a werewolf, and I've been meaning to make him a new wig and tail that match out of faux fur. Found some cheap craft fur at Michael's and decided to give it a shot. And then several months later finally got around to doing something about it. Took some progress pics while I was at it, though they're kind of crap because the lighting's not very good. I'm really pleased with the result though, I'd never made a wig before!
Mocked up the shape of it with muslin
When I transferred it to the faux fur it was slightly bigger than I'd expected, but that's better than it being small!
I took the seams in a bit and hemmed it and it fit a lot better.
I like that it pretty much covers his ears, so he's usually only got one set showing.
Then I made him a new tail out of the same fur to replace the one he's been using. I like this one a lot better because the fur and backing aren't as thick and heavy. It's poseable because it's wired with a folded up pipecleaner and held on by a rare earth magnet in the tail and a second inside his clothes.
He's adorable! And without the heavy bangs from his old wig I can really see his face again!
