Just ask the Doctor. He'll tell you.

This is a My Scene Ellis with restyled hair and completely custom clothing made by myself.

I've been a DW fan for 30 years ad I've always wanted that Time Lord in the palm of my hand.

Close-up to show detail of the jacket, the braces, the pink pinstripe shirt and the natty bow tie.

I took his jacket off to show that he actually has real sleeves. (But it's a pain getting the jacket on over them.)

Awe! He's really cute! That sculpt really does look loads like Matt Smith. Woot!!!

Yeah, he's right... bow ties ARE cool. But Fezes aren't, and I completely agree with Miss Riversong's reaction to her darling Doctor sporting one. ^.~

There is a trick to layering clothes. Get a small or medium sized hemostat and slide it up the sleeve of the jacket. Then clip it to the end of his shirt-sleeve. Once his arm is through the jacket sleeve, use the hemostat to tug the shirtsleeve into place. ^___^

Doesn't it just look like him? I was planning to get an Edward (Twilight) to kitbash, then this doll just about fell into mto my lap. Total serendipity!

I cheered aloud at the death of the fez. :B But now my Doctor wants one.

What I've been ding is using a small rubber band to hold the sleeve at the wrist and tug the jacket up over it, then remove the band. I also loosened the jacket sleeves a bit, which helps. I considered leaving the sleeves off the shirt entirely, but I wanted to be able to have a shirtsleeves!Doctor for photoshoots.

Chae-ri is totally enamored of him. I think dollieh romance is in the air...

I put the shirt sleeve in the jacket sleeve then put all the layers on at once. #5 and his pullover are the only one it doesn't quite work on.

Good use of a MyScene guy, I have one I haven't been able to figure out what to do with. Didn't know #11 wore suspenders/braces.

Yep, it's part of Matt Smith's homage to Pat Troughton. He usually wears a red bowtie and braces, but sometimes he switches to blue (with a blue pinstripe shirt).

Great outfit on your Doctor. I am so jealous of that perfect pinstripe. I have found some in scale for my 1/4 dolls, but not the 1/6.

Thank you! That pinstripe was a find of pure, unadulterated luck. I came across it in the bargain bin at Jo-Ann's and snapped it up months ago.
