Large Image Display

A while back I increased the board's maximum image size (before the reducer module kicks in) to 800x600, the size used by K&C and the coming new MVs. I tried the other Board styles and have found that the following Styles are cutting off the images as you have described: DirtyBoard 2.0, K_Kitty, Pinkie, and fae_forest_1.0.5. These Board Styles seem to have fixed proportions and do not stretch to accommodate wide screen monitors or larger images. I'm talking with Greyhaunt to see what we can do about it.

I noticed the edges being cut off on photos I posted last week, so I resized the original images. It seems to be an image width issue.

I did not realize it was possible to change the board style. I'm using whatever the default one is.

If you click on User Control Panel in the upper left, then the Board Preferences tab, about half way down there us a pull down menu for My Board Style. The three styles Dark Fantasy, Prosilver, and Subsilver2 will adjust their width to fit.

Interesting how the Dark Fantasy format expands the entire box for posts that include larger images.

I don't recall how the reducer module is set up, but maybe we can get it back with a slightly bigger image size, but not so big it runs off the page?

We totally understand. We all likes what we likes. Grey and I are working for a resolution that will keep everybody happy.
