Hello from Kentucky!

There's two of us on this account, and we hope that's allowed. It's just, we live in the same house and it would seem pointless to make two accounts when it will mostly be me (Naomi) posting, unless Gnosis decides to post up some pics of his dolls.

We're both almost 26 and live in Kentucky together. We started collecting dolls when we were 17 but it kind of slowed down for a few years. Life kind of took priority after all.

Currently the most dolls in our collection are Monster High. We are, however, hoping to get some BJDs in the next few months. I'm also highly interested in doing custom dolls and have actually started preparing one of my dolls. I won't do a face-up on her.. but I'll put her head on a new body, find her a cute wig, and maybe switch her eyes.

We like many various kinds of dolls.

About us as individuals you say?

Naomi (that's me) is female and has a smaller collection. Currently the collection is comprised of create-a-monster wolf/sea monster Naomi Lesley (her original name was Nameless, so it's a play on that), a dead-tired Draculaura, and a Skull Shores Ghoulia. I also have a few cabbage patch dolls and some older porcelain dolls that kinda just sit on my shelf. If I ever get the rest of my things shipped here, I'll have a much larger CPK collection. Barbies and CPK dolls were the start of it all! I would have to say my favorite doll right now is Naomi. (Thus my call name on here). I'm a small-time artist (mostly cartoony animals) and a soft core gamer. My biggest ambition right now is to save to get a dolphie of Moon, an OC of mine. She'd make a beautiful doll.


Gnosis is a male and has the larger collection in the house. It includes barbies that I'm not about to go count for him, 15 monster high dolls, CPK dolls that I also don't wish to go count, and various other dolls. Ironically his favorite doll is a naked Prune Face doll he's had since he was a kid. Poor doll's been through hell but hey, I love him too. Something about a good floppy doll is comforting. He went with going as "Gnosis' on here because he named his create-a-monster dragon/vampire Bella Gnosis. So there's the breakdown of our names. His ambition is to get a BJD but he's really not sure what to get yet other than "cute" and "pink". Though, honestly, I've noticed he really loves a goth look. He also wants a 1/3 scale I believe. Lots of saving for that one.

So to make it simple Naomi = me, female; Gnosis = my room-mate, male. We'll sign our posts accordingly.

welcome. I always wanted Monster high dolls. just never seem to have the money for it. they steals it( all of my dolls raise their hands in admittance of theivery). well they don't really steal it...I just feel compelled to buy them stuff.
