Probably. See if Hobby Search has what you're looking for. They carry a lot of Azone stuff.

You realize that most of Azone's 60cm and 50cm bodies are Obitsu bodies.

Also an option for ordering Azone stuff:
HobbyLink Japan -- I've ordered two complete 1/6th-scale Azone dolls from them, and they also sell clothes and parts and such. The selection can be hit-or-miss as far as what doll stuff they have in stock at any given time, but I've been quite pleased with their service with well over a dozen orders (mostly figures and gashapon).
