who makes these dolls?

They are both heavily modded DDH01 heads from Volks, as are most custom painted vinyl anime heads you’ll see on auctions. The 01 sculpt is the most popular for MDD bodies as it’s a bit smaller than the other DD heads, though recently they’ve put out DDH10 which works well too. However Dollce and Tinyfox both make heads (and full dolls in Tinyfox’s case) with the same features if you want something easier to get.
