Letty would have the small bust option RS now has available. It wasn't back when I got the first Rong.
At this point it's not even a matter of cash. All her clothing is made to fit a large bust and I am too lazy to tailor it!

There's nothing I can think of that couldn't be fixed if I actually tried... except for fixing/finding some lost/broken parts.
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@
