I'm still waiting. Seriously, if my box doesn't show up today or tomorrow I'm going to email mirodoll on monday.
What makes it worse, the other day my mom was all like "Your box is here." and I got super excited, but it turns out it was just the art supplies she ordered from prang. I was not happy about that.

I'm waiting for two Miro dolls myself, but I'm guessing it'll take a while before they'll even send them out, since they're both getting faceups before they ship. I've seen enough other people who ordered from Mirodoll and said it took weeks before they arrived... so I'm trying to temper my anticipation. But today a package of wigs for them arrived from another seller, so I'm starting to get a little antsy...

Cheap mysterious misc. head has just been shipped - can't wait to try and work out what exactly he is (once I've removed the rather unflattering face-up I might be able to tell, maybe)

Havelock's body arrived!! The resin match is excellent! Jointed hands are wonderful!! Squee!

New resin smell...

But can't quite work out how to get his head on - it doesn't have the perpendicular groove that all of my other bjd heads have and he's strung rather tightly

I just ordered an 1/6 obitsu body for the floating head I've had for a few months. I'm waiting for the money to clear, and then I have the wait for it to come in the mail. I'm excited!

Well apparently my MiroDoll Wind is ready to ship. But they think we didn't get charged the shipping when we paid. Paypal shows we paid it in full though, so we replied back with that. Now just waiting for a reply. ><

I hope they figure it out quickly D:

This seems to be happening quite a bit. I've seen a few people mentioning here and there that they paid it and that Miro has emailed them telling them otherwise. They don't seem to be very great with the adding thing. I'm still waiting on them to even reply to tell me when my bodies will ship. It's two weeks now and I've heard nothing and it's not like I have face ups for them to do or that I ordered an odd color or something. All they have to do is put two bodies in a box and mail them. I don't mind waiting so much as I don't like not knowing. It's not the first email they haven't answered either. I asked once about the bodies before I ordered them and once about their payment system and neither email was even acknowledged. I am beginning to think that they just don't answer emails most of the time. I'm not feeling too warm and fuzzy about them as a company right now...

Actually, Miro is incredibly fast for a BJD company.

Magkelly-san, BJD resin companies are different than normal doll companies in that the dolls are not 'ready to ship.' They actually don't already have the dolls to just box up and ship.
Once you pay, then they make the dolls and perhaps even later they start, if there's a backlog and you have to wait in line for your turn for your doll(s) to be made, which there almost always is.

From my experience, Miro is incredibly fast! Most BJD companies take almost 2 months at least before they ship and some take up to 6 months. I've even heard people say some took 9-10 months before their dolls shipped! And during sales, it's even longer.

Somehow, Miro is coping with their orders and still completing the orders within 30-40 days. Amazing! I don't know how they're doing it! And for so low a cost! I guess they're just wanting to get their name out there, by selling dolls at so low a price---they can't be making much, if any, profit.

Anyway, also, they actually don't charge shipping when you order. They charge it later, when they're going to ship.
TurtleJen-san, did you order through their shopping cart or did they send you a paypal invoice? If you paid from their site through a cart, then you probably didn't pay the s/h cost yet. Their cart is crazy in that it only charges you for the doll(s) without s/h. Then later, when they're ready to ship, they send you another paypal invoice for the shipping.

I just ordered a Miro 68cm body for $124 the other day, and the s/h will be $40 according to their calculations.
But their cart only charged me the initial $124. I paid it via paypal, and will still have to pay the $40 once they are ready to ship my doll, when they send me a new invoice for $40.
I've ordered from them four separate times, and that's their method each time. Pay just for the doll upfront and then the s/h later on.

Did you pay them twice? (First for the doll, then for the s/h?) Or if not, check the price of the first payment you made---it is just the doll total without s/h included? I just know that all 4 times I ordered, the shipping was paid for later on in a separate transaction. Maybe that's what's happened with your order, too?

We ordered through the cart BUT it did add in the shipping, I made sure to double check everything. The doll was 104.16 and the shipping was 35. We paid them 139.16 the day we ordered it. ('we' being my mom and I). We paid through Paypal.

So I don't know. Still waiting on a reply.
