So... What have your doll meet experiences been like?

General discussions about dolls, new releases, doll reviews...you know, stuff that doesn't really fit in all the other categories but is strictly about dolls.

Certainly! I'm in Cobb, too (though we will be looking for a new home and that could change in the not too distant future). And if it's around the 3rd Saturday of the month, that's when we have our doll meet.

Have you checked out your local library? We met there for the first time this weekend, and have decided as a group in Champaign that is where we are going be meeting from now on.
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

I used to love going to meets and I'm going to my first meet in 4 years this Sunday. It's wonderful to meet so many people who also love dolls and understand why you like them. Now I just need to suck up my courage and talk to all the new owners there that I don't know. Maybe I should make myself a name tag. ;)
