Did anyone ever have worry dolls?

I didn't have a commercial set~ I had a handmade set my step-grandfather made for me he was Apache Indian. They don't look really creepy or anything but If I ever did what you are supposed to do- tell the dolls my problems and put them under my pillow- I would hear drums and a chorus of voices singing coming from inside of it. To this day Native music soothes me and I sleep like a rock if I play it.

Totally late quote and reply, but I so had some of these and I actually put them under pillow and everything. I had the set just like that one in the picture. I obiviously did not have an awesomely cool set like you did lol.

It was a little devil girl and her eyes followed you around! Talk about nightmares. Not to mention, due to the fact that my sister hated my 7 year old self she used to stick her on my pillow, or in my doorway, so when I woke up BAM!

Creepy doll coming to steal my soul... and my ponies.

A little devil girl? She was probably Sin or Inferno, maybe Lust (I know my LDDs XD). Does she have red or black hair, and what color skin? ;)
Most of my dolls are scary, but don't worry! They wont bite.

The sadder members of my crew.

Both Barbies have also been gnawed on extensively and the ballerina's click joints have torn through the vinyl. They were my mother's though, and I love them to pieces (literally ).

One of my old dolls derping hard Image
My cousin called her the doll of doom and hated her. Being the loving cousin I am I used to jump out from round doors with it in my hands. XD

This is my thread. XD Living Dead Dolls (my babies <3), Little Apple Dolls (I can't believe no one's mentioned them!), Krypt Kiddies (demonic baby dolls), and dolls made by the artist Bastet 2329 (the porcelain doll on the first page with a cracked face and vampire teeth) are some creepy dolls I absolutely love. There are also Begoths (Bleeding Edge Goths), though I don't think they count. :)
(Some pictures...)
Image
Dawn, Living Dead Dolls Series 9 (arguably one of the scariest, though I still love/want her .3.).
Image
Supernae, an exclusive Little Apple Doll. There's also a more common version of her who has a red dress.
Image
One of the cute custom Krypt Kiddies, which (I don't believe) you can order any more. The manufactured KKs are significantly less cute, but I still want Vile-ette. ;)

I don't feel the need to share another Bastet2329 doll as I believe you got the gist of what she makes from the first doll. She basically takes porcelain dolls and either:
1) Cracks their faces
2) Sculpts "vampire fangs"
3) Repaints their face to make it creepy or sugar skull-esque (day of the dead)
4) All or any combination of the above.

... I like gore. And horror. And macabre. *runs away*
Most of my dolls are scary, but don't worry! They wont bite.

I reiterate. These are really gorgeous dolls, even if they are eerie. Not something I'd like to own, but beautiful to exist. xD

@ Lintea -- Awwww... xD It makes me happy that someone still loves their old Barbies to pieces. <3 Even after they're gnawed and gnarled.

I may have to take some pictures of my pre-BJD thrift shop doll projects... >_>

@ KC -- I forgot about Little Apple dolls! I love those! They're like mod antique porcelain dolls. >w> So sleek and modern-looking~
