$7-$15 wigs and shoes 1/3 and 1/4 sizes at Suntek Store

Mine shipped about 5 days ago, and is in US customs in NY as of last night. Crossing my fingers that it won't take too long. I haven't had an issue with things getting held up yet, so I'm hopeful.

Sorry for the double post. Just received my Suntek order.

First off, all the shoes I ordered are adorable in the extreme. I couldn't be happier. The fit is great, and it's nice to see all my dolls are no longer barefoot, except of course, the ones that have hooves.

On the downside, the Ken clothes I ordered are a severe disappointment. I pulled one of the shirts out of the plastic, and realized, of all things, it was DAMP! Upon closer inspection, both outfits smelled very VERY strongly of mildew, and one of the pairs of pants (in the other package, not the one with the wet shirt) had what appeared to be a mold spot. o_O

So, to sum it up, GREAT place for MSD or SD shoes, and you just can't beat the prices, but I would hesitate before buying things like barbie and ken clothes. Now it could be that my items were an isolated incident, and each outfit was less than $2 a piece, so if I end up not being able to get rid of the smell, I won't be out much money. I'm going to contact them and see if they are willing to do anything to compensate, but I'm not going to stress it if they can't.

Ug that sucks about the Ken clothes
At such cheap prices, I keep expecting that I'll run into some faulty items here and there, but I've been pleasantly surprised by the vast majority of items I've been getting from them.

Received my 4th order today. Some more stretch laces, ribbon, magnets, zippers, and I ordered a 5 piece hair extentions set for $3.60 to see how the quality and size was to see if I'd like to try using it for wigs. They seem pretty good to me! Kind of similar to the 1/3rd wigs. Soft and shiny.

Another cool find was these ruffled bra straps, elastic with ruffled um... oraganza or something like material sewn to it. Sorry for the misidentification of the material... I can't think of what it's like. I'm not very good with identifying fabrics. But each bra strap set adds up to about 2 feet of lining, so I thought it would be nice to use for dolly dress edging. And it's only $.64 each!

That is unacceptable and possibly a health risk. Was the packaging damaged in some way to result in this dampness or was it sealed in and on the clothes only? Whatever the cause I am sorry that you received something so disappointing (and gross D=)

No damage to the package or the items themselves, save the one little spot, and it was sealed in. Plastic, as we all know, is porous, so moisture could have seeped in if their storehouse isn't climate controlled, but even then, if there is a really wet season, systems could fail. It happened to my mother's storage unit, and she nearly lost all her furniture.

Suntek gave me a store coupon for the value of the items, and since I do intend to shop with them again for more doll shoes, and possibly a cosplay wig, I consider this an acceptable resolution. The shoes were fantastic, and worth it for those alone.

I think, bottom line, I would give them 4/5 rating in total. They got back to me quickly, considering they're on the other side of the world, and a resolution was reached in less than 24 hours from the first email I sent them. You can't beat free shipping, though I did originally spring for the extra $2 to get registered mail, so I could have a tracking number.

Got my eyes. Only took about a week for them to get here from the time I ordered them, which is really fast considering they came from China. I'd say they're good quality for the price although the listing was for 4 pairs of eyes in "four DIFFERENT random colors" and I ended up with two sets that were the EXACT SAME color.

I ordered three and a half weeks ago and according to the tracking it's been holding at the airport in China since the 1st. Which is a problem since when I ordered it I was assured that even at it's latest it would arrive before I moved. And now I'm in my second day at the new place.

FameGlory, I've been told (and have experienced) that often tracking doesn't continue out of the originating country if it's shipped through regular mail. So it could be on your courier's truck today for all that!

Never mind the Chinese tracking, it usually stops at their border
