So about a year and a half ago I bought a 1/3 ling feng from doll family H. I love the sculpt but in the end couldn't stand the size. Then I recently found out they had him in 1/4! (I'm still beating myself up over that). SO I finally sold my 1/3 Ling Feng and now plan to buy Ling Feng again But I think I'm going to hybrid this one for cost purposes.

I've been agonizing over my next dolly purchase. I really want a new doll. But the first thing I go look at is expensive dolls that would creep out my husband! You'd think I know better by now. After much agonizing, I've decided to start saving up for this gal!

There's an Iplehouse Chase on auction. I am sorely tempted to get him since I wanted him before Dexter happened and booted a lot of sculpts off my list with that dangerous smile of his. The only thing stopping me is that the Chase sculpt has been regulated to be Jack's son by now instead of upsizing as Randal(who kinda shares similar sculpt two of Jack's boys - a Chase, an Eric and a Lee) . And Helen is doing what she can to make sure I don't dollify any of their four kids....

Which I am amused because Helen has laid claims to Megu-Chun's old Obi50 body if and when Megu-Chun gets a new one.

Anyone else ever had their dolls approach you and say "I want a baby?" This is what my two Hujoo Berries did. They want to adopt a baby, a Hujoo Cojoo specifically. Now my Hujoos, Feebee and Zeebee aren't exactly brimming with maturity and responsibility. So I gave them a Pinkie Pie to take care of and see how they do. I don't even know how this idea got into their heads. They're not even romantically.... involved... Wait a minute....

You know how it goes, there's always that talk
"When two dolls parents love each other very much, they sit each other down and discuss what sculpt they would like their offspring to be. Once that it done, they proceed to consult with their owner if not steal said owner's credit and make a purchase for the offspring. And then the long wait for ninja delivery man to come and put owner in a state of panic come delivery day."

Always wanted to write that. Granted when a whole bunch of dolls want more friends and family, they'll find ways to bring in more dolls.

Seen my avatar? It took awhile, especially for the daughter, but I found sculpts that look like they were related. They'd all be Dollzones, the baby is a Brownie, but I found him fist. The daughter has a Dollzone baby as her dolly but there isn't enough resemblance. At least unlike real babies they don't do sh*t.

Plan wise I'm trying to make better looking Backstreet Boys. Forgot I was out of molding putty so we can't go that way, and I can't use the other stuff I have because they're not allowed to recreate the Quit Playing Games without risk of melting. It's turning in to a battle between me and my art supplies.

Ohmygosh ohmygosh!!!

It's TRUE! It's been 'rumored' since last year, and now the 1st photos have been put up of the Hans x Elsa Designer Fairytale doll set!!!!! :faints: I"M SO HAPPY!!!




These are from the special edition D23 convention limited set of dolls sold there. (Usually only a 250-500 edition run.)

I just hope that Disneystore releases the 'regular' limited edition (run of 2500 - 5000), too in Aug/Sept because I have no way of getting to the D23 con in August at Disneyland (Anaheim Convention Center) and so not a chance to buy the set there.

Only thing is....they look pretty 'normal' and nothing 'variant' about them. (The D23 edition is usually gold or silver colored dresses or something 'different' than usual.) They look to be wearing their actual, proper colored outfits.....

But I am just tooo excited and pleased to see the Helsa set realized!!!!!!!! :faints: (And Hans is so beautiful in it!!)

Annnd - a second doll on layaway! I simply had to have the Fairyland event Liria MNF. I got her ALC, not fullset, though.
