Ohmygosh ohmygosh!!!

It's TRUE! It's been 'rumored' since last year, and now the 1st photos have been put up of the Hans x Elsa Designer Fairytale doll set!!!!! :faints: I"M SO HAPPY!!!




These are from the special edition D23 convention limited set of dolls sold there. (Usually only a 250-500 edition run.)

I just hope that Disneystore releases the 'regular' limited edition (run of 2500 - 5000), too in Aug/Sept because I have no way of getting to the D23 con in August at Disneyland (Anaheim Convention Center) and so not a chance to buy the set there.

Only thing is....they look pretty 'normal' and nothing 'variant' about them. (The D23 edition is usually gold or silver colored dresses or something 'different' than usual.) They look to be wearing their actual, proper colored outfits.....

But I am just tooo excited and pleased to see the Helsa set realized!!!!!!!! :faints: (And Hans is so beautiful in it!!)

Well, even if the colors weren't correct you could just make a whole new outfit, face-up, and hair for them that would be leagues better than the original. I'm glad they're coming out with these. Very cool indeed.

Well after three years I gave up on bonding with one of my dolls and sold her head. With that money I want to buy my unicorn doll, a DD Sakuno. But I only want her head, as I don't want and can't afford her fullset. It seems her head alone always comes up for sale when I'm broke, and then when I have money only overpriced fullsets are to be found... That's how she ended up my unicorn- I've been chasing her for years.

I need to stop reading up on the Metal Gear Solid series. Every time I look at the characters, I keep thinking they look like Iplehouse bjds and you know where things go from that. Stop tempting me Ocelot

I still owe Jack and Helen some attempts at cosplay from said series...

I think it's the orb and sceptre that will make this set 'exclusive' while in the regular limited version, she won't be carrying them.

Anyway, Disney Store just released their new Prince doll head molds with the' designer face/hair' style. I bought them all and just got them yesterday. Can't wait to redo them all again!!!! I won't like to part with my old, already redone Prince heads, but I like the designer hair on these guys.
Everyone is the same or better mold in my eyes, except for Naveen. I really think this 'designer' head is awful! I hope I can fix him up to look like he ought to! Aladdin's new head is nice, but he looks so pouty and blushy.....Hmmm...Those 2 are the only ones I'm 'iffy' on.

The craziest thing was that I didn't order Beast at first, because I need Prince Adam's head, not Beast. But then I read their page description and it reads 'With Removable Beast head'.

So I quick called DIsneystore and asked them to add a Beast to my order. They couldn't but they waived s/h and let me buy him separately.

Well, when we got him, I wanted to see Adam's head and.....I peeked in the box and really doubted he had a human head---it just looked like a peg!
And, we got him out and yanked off the beast head as described....

And there's no human head underneath. Just the peg.

My sis and I burst out laughing uncontrollably for 5 minutes because the page actually says 'Removable Beast head'

For what? To see a peg?!

I think they accidentally left their old description up of him, where Adam has a removable beast head mask!!!

So I bought him for nothing!

Anyway, now Adam will be the only 'non-designer' mold head.......

(Well, if Naveen and Aladdin can't be 'helped', they might join him yet...)

My Big Want is a Ringdoll Spencer. He (actually, she) would be my first SD and is my Grail Doll. I don't want to settle for secondhand, I want to open the box when she gets here and see her with the amazing default faceup and all the stuff I want to order her, right there in front of me. Problem is, all that including shipping from Ringdoll is $710.75! I am still living at home with no job and still in school. So unless something outrageously impossible happens like winning that one annual(?) Tumblr giveaway.... it will be a while.

Every day I see beautiful dolls that I COULD spend my money on, but if I do, I'll be back to zero and my Spencer would be that much further away. Even one doll that I might want AFTER Spencer (currently second on my wishlist) would clean me out and I'd rather have the Spencer. Even though there's this really good deal on that doll on another forum. But I don't like the faceup. But the faceup can be removed. But I don't like the yellowing. But when am I ever gonna get another chance? Aaaaaah!

If this turns out to be Neemo men Germany and Russia, I'm tempted to get either one of them to custom into Chibi Jack (depending on how they look first. Yes I'm resisting the temptation to dollify their kids or drag out more of their male relatives. I mean I already have Neemo Cousin Taki and Animeish Parabox Neko Chibi Helen replicating themselves endlessly (Probably time for Erika and Erisa to replicate themselves into neemos..... )

That I should get the Amazon Shepherdess done up and end the replication thing.
