So upset, have to vent!

I hope it's alright to post this here. If not, feel free to delete or move it. I'm just so frustrated and upset I have to vent to some fellow dolly collectors!
A few days ago I sold my 1/6 size Bobobie girl on eBay. Today the buyer messaged me to inform me she's going to leave me negative feedback. I was so startled! I had sent the doll in exactly the condition I specified, with everything I said she would be sent with, as well as a free extra shirt.
Turns out, one of the magnets in her head must have popped loose during transit. For those who collect Bobobie dolls I'm sure this isn't a big surprise... this happens a lot. So I replied back to the buyer, letting her know that this is pretty common especially with cheaper resin dolls, and that a little hot glue should do the trick to fixing it.
She then informed me that the doll is also "damaged" because the wig doesn't stay on without a dab of glue or a piece of double-sided tape. Again, I told her this is a common way to affix wigs to dolls, but she is unsatisfied...
Lastly, she complained that the freebie shirt I sent doesn't fit the doll, and this is also cause for leaving negative feedback. It was a freebie--which DOES fit, it just takes a little fiddling to get it over her hands. I've never heard of anyone threatening negative feedback over a freebie before...
Am I wrong in thinking that the head cap magnet is a common issue with Bobobie? Am I losing my mind here? I'm so upset.
