What to do with doll shoes with no match?

I bought a big bag of doll shoes second hand and many of them are missing their match but I do not want to get rid of them. Any ideas on what I can do with them?

If they're made from plastics, you could match ones that are the same shape but different colors by painting them.

Use then as bedroom props either as singles or a pile of them in the corner of a doll's room as the pile of random mismatched shoes my family always tends to end up with (except me, I don't have enough shoes for that).

There's always the horder's thought of storing them and when you get another bag, see if there is any cross matching possible.

Make people sized charm bracelets?

Glue them together into a shoe statue dedicated to the Shoe god.

Just some random ideas that popped into my head.

All hail the Shoe God!

At first I was thinking of keeping them and trying to find matches but I doubt that will happen. There are a few matches in different colors I could paint. Some of the shoes are too cute to part with. There is one black high heeled one that has a cat on it with a tail that wraps around the dolls leg. I would love to know what doll that came from. After reading your charm bracelet idea I got the idea to make some of them into necklaces for my larger cloth art dolls. Or perhaps make a crazy shoe lady themed dress for a larger doll?

Make a shoe store window display that the dolls can play with or you could hang on your wall.

And I've seen a Barbie shoe charm bracelet kit at Hobby Lobby.

*I knew the shoes sounded familiar, these are Monster High from the witch/cat Create A Monster set.

I've seen plenty of single shoes on Ebay so you could either sell your singles or look for matches for your favorites.

I second the shoe store idea, and I too have a collection of shoes with no match. I keep them anyway!

That shoe store idea sounds so tempting. I might try it at some point. I have too many projects on the go right now.
