17. Do you have a doll you wish you still owned?A doll from my childhood. She might be somewhere around in the basement but I doubt it.

ALL OF MY OLD BARBIES. I trashed/donated the whole lot of them before I found this hobby and realized they were salvageable. But if I had to choose one, probably my old Belle doll. Her dress was gold- not yellow- and wasn't glitter encrusted, and was pretty movie accurate. She also had her peasant dress too. :c

If action figures count. I would say She-ra and Catra, somehow they affected the way I see Barbie.
I have this suspicion that three of my dolls who were still plushies back in the 80s had somehow assimilated She-ra, Catra and Glimmer (as well as Lady Lovely Locks, Ravenwaves and Bionic 6 characters) into their current OC Doll design and ran amok with it.

Star Wars figures! I had the whole set, all the originals. My parents forced us to give them away to charity when we got old enough to quit playing with them.

I was going to say that there isn't any doll I wish I still owned but I just remembered my favourite Barbie doll. She was a gymnastic Stacie. At the time, I was in gymnastics, which I'm sure was the reasoning being me getting her as a present. She had a long, braided ponytail that I loved whipping back and forth. The coolest thing about her was the number of joints she had. She had seven points of articulation! I kept her for a few years after giving away the rest of my Barbies, but I ended up donating her.
Here's a photo of the bodies:

No, but that is probably because I have only had dolls as an adult.

My large Miss Canada doll - - can't remember her exact size. She was the first high heeled doll that I owned. She had the most beautiful wardrobe, which my mother lovingly created for her! I think she enjoyed sewing those clothes, as much as I enjoyed playing with them. She was stolen from the basement of our house, along with all my other childhood dolls.

There's not a specific doll I wish I still had so much as my childhood doll stuff in general.
Especially the clothes... some of the Barbie clothes I used to own would be great for my Obitsus.

Not a doll. I had a huge Kermit the Frog. I lost him and I still want him back but Kermit's that size are rare and expensive, sigh...

I have been lucky enough to have hoarding parents who never threw away anything from my childhood LOL, unless something was completely broken.. So I don't think I'm missing anything. I'll have to think about this one really hard.
