I missed TWO Lori's the past few days that I could have had for maybe $15 a pop and they both pale skinned dolls with green eyes too! Goodwill shut me out an auction on one at the last moment even though I was in good status and had bid on the darned thing already. Lost it to someone for $15. Made me so ticked. Then I get word from my friend out at the flea market and he tells me she sold the one out there just yesterday also for $15. What a total pisser!!!! This is so frustrating! I really want another light one with green eyes. Or at least another light one with blue eyes that I can make into green.

Might have a consolation prize coming though they're not quite what I wanted. I spotted two more both bronze girls with brown eyes where I just got some clothes. They're not in the greatest shape and will need work but they're only like $20 a piece so I put the order in. I'm splitting it with my SIL. She's buying one, I'm getting the other. If I get them we'll give one to the girls to have so they both have one and I'll keep one, maybe repaint it a bit. Make her have hazel eyes maybe. I can't change dark brown totally to green but I can maybe make them look like Liv Alexis eyes...

I like my first blue eyed girl and I don't really want to just change her. I hate to have to go to Ebay for this but I guess I might have to if I can't find another light one I can afford elsewhere. I'm definitely obsessed with these Lori dolls though. This will be my third and we've already bought the kids one too. Actually it would have been 5 all total. I was supposed to have a blond for the kids originally but the person cancelled it last minute unfortunately.

It's a good thing I'm not paying anything near full retail or right now I'd be pretty broke. I can't believe I am doing this. But yeah, I am. I'm apparently not going to be happy till I have a green eyed redhead version in the house. Is there such a thing as "Obsessive Doll Buying Disorder?" because if there is I apparently have it. These darned Lorifina's it's like they are dollie crack. I think I just might need a 12-step group, lol...

Pretty much everyone here has that problem with dolls - we can't say no!! Look at me, I have six Obitsu Haruka, and I would happily have more!!
