This week's Dollieh Question from our list. (
viewtopic.php?f=41&t=6677)
33. If you could pick any five people to sculpt as dolls who would you pick? Who's heads would you use as a model? In 1/6 figure scale I would like Hugh Dancy as Will Graham, more Jack Nicholson, Tron/Rinzler, and....um....

Hmmm. David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly, definitely. They'd be my Jareth and Sarah. And Orlando Bloom to become Legolas. And those are really the only three I'd really want to make characters of.

...Hmm well since Bowie is already happening...
Paul McGann, Oliver Thornton, Richard O'Brien, Charles Dance, Cilian Murphy
Some for characters they've played, others just for their facial structure! (I'd have included a Vimes actor, but I just don't see Pete Postlethwaite as Vimes... Paul Kidby's Vimes is pretty darned close to how I imagine him)

How weird you ask this because I do have plans to make 1/6 scale dolls of five of my favourite singers. Yes, exactly five. But since I only know the head sculpt for one so far: Fashionistas Raquelle as Amy Lee.

hmm. well, female sculpts, i would love to get a body with the curvy proportions of natalie from cascada, but with a headsculpt like jessica lucas (from the new evil dead), her features are striking.
a male is a bit tricker. probably less a depiction of one character, more of a mishmash of diffrent ones. say the like kevin nash, like a bulky bear kinda body, with a headsculpt along the lines of gerard butler or russle crowe. just something really diffrent that looks more in the older age range. something that could make a real good berserker or something.
i'm aware that it's impractical though, the thicker the doll the less mobility in the jointing.

Probably would love to have one that looks like Jennifer Lawrence sculpt wise but character would forever be Katniss Everdeen for me. XD She'd have to be uber posable though.

I want a sculpt to look exactly like Jeremy Brett when he was in his 30s. Then there's a young-ish Vincent Price (he was rather hot in his 40s) and certainly Bela Lugosi. I can't forget Lon Cheney, Jr., either, as a young fellow he was rather dapper looking. I've seen some of his early movies before the monster business started and I was floored by his acting.
