Maybe I'm the last person to see this, but: new IKEA dollhouse furniture set! A bit on the small side for 1/6, but not too far off.
Some pics from bloggers here and here.

Hey! I have this set! I got it for tiny Taavi. I really need to finish building his living room so I can set it up and take some pictures. The scale isn't quiet right but it totally works for what I needed. And the bookshelf is amazing.

It would probably be perfect for minis, or 1/6 kids, but it's some sort of in-between scale that I think works well enough for 1/6. And if you got more sets you could stack the shelves!

I don't know why they don't sell it on the website, it's a lot smaller than most of their stuff. :(

I got the set yesterday for the Makies! It's living in an Ikea Expedit bookshelf - now all I need is a 1:36 scale version to live in the 1:6 scale Expedit living in the Expedit ;)

(Yo! I heard you like Expedit so I put an Expedit in your Expedit... sorry :D )

pfffff.... :D That made me laugh harder than perhaps it should have. But yeah, a 1/32 Expedit would be pretty cool. Any handy people with tutorials out there? :)

I'd use miniature craft sticks and hot glue to make it. :D

Cut off the ends square.
Cut the lengths you want and use white craft paint.
Although at that scale, white card stock would work just as well.

That's not a bad idea (the craft sticks or the white card stock) - I have both lying around :D Although my huge tub of cheap white acrylic has vanished :? Easy enough to replace though.

The other half is threatening to get some 3D printed!

 With access to a high-res 3D printer you could take it down to an absolutely tiny scale! 500µm tall shelves anyone?
