little monica bjd was shipped from Thailand on the 1st and reached NYC customs the 11th and has not moved:( when should i except it to start to move again? never had this issue with my other bjds

Probably any day now. The longest I've had something in US customs is 2 1/2 weeks but I've been told it can be up to 3 if there's nothing suspicious going on with the sender/package.

I just got a doll from Australia in less then 2 weeks total, but you don't want to know how long my first "international" doll sat in customs after shipping to the US ....

UK not US but I've had things get stuck for about a month in the past... UK customs do seem to enjoy cutting open boxes rather than just opening them!
