On Re-ment and Yo-SDs

So, I've been perusing props and the like (to occupy my time while saving up for my girls) and I heard that re-ment fit the same scale as Yo-SDs; that is, 1/6th scale. I was looking to get a Shiny Fairy Junior, and I figured that these would make great kids stuff, but since she'd be 33 cm instead of the usual 25ish cm, I'm a little concerned.

So! Anyone have a clue? Please and thank you!

Re Ment doesn't have an exact scale, it's more what will fit in the box, but they generally work with 1/6 scale dolls like Obitsu, Volks, and Barbie size or smaller.

I can take some pictures later with my Dollzone BB who is close to a Yo-SD but I think they will look more like toys than real stuff with her. The Yo-SD are more of a kid to the larger BJDs than the non strung dolls.

Actually I find it's more so 1/7-1/8 scale since most of the furniture and such look more scaled for Licca sized dolls than true 1/6th scale but since there's such a small margin of error you can fudge it to say the Rement stuff works for dolls under 12 inches so yeah.

There's also some Re-ment (the My Room Style series is one - some pics of what it looks here http://www.harapekodoggybag.com/rement- ... 5-set.html) that's closer to 1:12 scale. Some of that can be repurposed into 1:6 scale stuff (I'm trying to find the right beads to turn floor standing ashtrays into desk lights, for example, and the floor standing lamp already looks OK on a low table).

Oh - and while I think about it, there's some Megahouse stuff that I've seen on eBay sold as being the right size for Blythes, Pullips Barbies etc, and which very clearly isn't (there's a pic of it next to a Blythe and it's way too small) - again, it looks around 1:12 or maybe a bit bigger.

(ETA link to someone selling the smaller scale stuff so you know what not to buy ;) )
(ETA again to fix my poor attempts at getting URL in  )

Dollzone BB with some Re Ment. It fits well enough. Some of the tiny pieces might get lost in her hands. The only set I know of that doesn't mix well with the others is the very first kaiten sushi set which is better suited for 16" fahion dolls or slender 40cm MSD.

I think the 1/6 scale is an approximation, yes. I had meant to have my Shiny Fairy girl be a first-grade, so I don't mind it being a little off. DollyKim, thank you so much for the photos of your adorable girl! They look like they could pass for toys or kid-sized portions of food.

Thank you for the link-I did not know these existed and I have a lot of 1/12 and smaller dolls.
