Anyone recognize this doll?

She's marked Simba on the back, along with 'China'. No dates. Her head is soft squoshy vinyl, and she came with nooothing. I picked her up free at a garage sale, planning to put her head on a bitty bitsu, but I want to know if she's worth anything. The discoloration makes me think she's old, but then again, she was with kids so She's about the size of a kelly doll, but clearly baby proportioned. Not sure if the head is on the right body, but I looked at some other simba dolls and the eyes look similar!

Looks like some kind of Steffi love baby doll. It looks like a Evi Love, which is the size of Kelly, But this one looks smaller and has a more baby like body..Maybe it´s an older version of Evi love or a different body type (younger Evi?)
