October was a horrible month. My mother in law passed away from brain cancer and there were all sorts of other things that were making life miserable.

The last week of October my side of the family had a week long family reuinon in beautiful Medocino .I was kind of conflicted about going but it was something that had already been planned so I went. We rented out the Point cabrillo light house ( where the Light house keeper used to live in the 1900s) it was restored beautifully. http://www.pointcabrillo.org/

I took my alice and took some photos.

It rained the first two days we were there which I didnt mind at all. I love the rain and mist. The wind was howling and the windows were rattling but then on the third day we had a break in the weather and the sun came out right before we settled down to dinner so I had to take this photo

Thanks for viewing.

What a great trip! It looks like a lovely place, and you got some stunning photos.

Your doll is so cute! I'm glad you had a good vacation.
