Where Do Your Tinies Live?

To me, one of the best things about tinies are the props. I love putting together rooms for my dolls-especially the smallest ones. Cordie has an office in my classroom that I finally got exactly the way I want it.

I'm not sure if by tinies you mean some sort of BJD or just any really small doll? I have a few bigger 16" dolls but mostly I'm a Barbie collector so my littlest dolls are therefore quite naturally Barbie kids. I also have a few tiny Bratz from some fast food place that someone gave me and that I think are cute. They don't have rooms per se but I do have a doll case I put them in with appropriate little displays like for Halloween, Christmas etc. They have a few props like a coffin and a holiday tree. They sometimes have little schoolrooms and such at the local discount stores. I never really thought about it much but I guess I really should splurge and get them some furniture once in a while. My Barbies and my 16" dolls they have their share of furniture so why shouldn't my little kids? Maybe I can find them a little plastic playground set or something...

I haven't started working on my Rin's room. Although, now it's not only her room. She has to share it with my other tinies. See that white thing? It's a rabbit (toy of course) and that's where I'm thinking about putting beds. The front probably won't change drastically. I'm only thinking about adding a table here.

My tinies currently live in a roombox I made.



I am going to have to make another one since this one's population has since doubled, plus another is going to join them in the coming month. That, and there is food EVERYWHERE. At least two donuts, a cake, a stack of pancakes, a pie, and a dragonfly.

My tinies live in the laps of my 1/6th kiddos... they're all hanging around on window ledges and the tops of my bookshelves while they wait for me to clear out some space for them.

Right now Aria is my only tiny and she's living on a shelf with everyone else. Once upon a time she did have one of the smaller shelves on my headboard to herself, but she kept getting knocked over and her parents were unimpressed that they couldn't be with her.

My Rosie, 11cm Obitsu, lives in a roombox that's under construction. For my 6" vintage Pamela Love dolls I still want to build a dollhouse myself someday. I have plans and had wood cut in the right dimensions, I just need to start building...

I am repairing an old dollhouse for my tinies, and working on their clothes (Truffle is nekkid, but she doesn't care). It sits on top of a big cat carrier at the foot of my bed. One of the fat rascally cats is on the bed in the upper left corner of the photos. I am surprised they haven't tried to get in the house, but so far they've left it alone.





I tried to take a picture of the entire house from the back, but I lost the light. Photos aren't great, but you get the idea. It's very pink and girly.

EAB Very cute doll house. I have a doll house, but I haven't started work on it yet.
