There aren't any marks I can find. The rooting pattern on her head suggests her hair would be in a ponytail on top of her head. She's old Kelly/tiny ball joint/Bitty Bitsu size.

You can probably try a reverse image search on google to find it.

How does a reverse image search work?

You can take the image url and search it on the reverse image search ( http://images.google.com/imghp?hl=en ), and google will find anything that looks like your image. It's helped me a couple of times with trying to find a doll.
But I tried it with your doll and nothing has turned up, sorry.

Thanks for helping. There's no real url because I took the picture and put it on my blog. She was in a mess of my sister's old dolls along with a sad looking Takara Lisa I managed to clean up a bit. My first thoughts were she's a Licca Kindergarten but there's no marks and she doesn't match.

She might be a clone but I don't even know what she'd be a clone of.
