Vintage Ken Body options?

I *seriously* need a more posable body for vintage Ken but alas, there's a problem. His neck is much thinner than Modern Ken dolls and therefore to an extent, most Action figure bodies. I heard you can use one of the Volks Neo GUY bodies but alas, damn volks for Discontinuing the line and not making any sort of replacement for like 9 months.

Anywho, some pics to help look for an action figure with a thin-ish neck?
