Help identifying this doll?

Hello,

So I got a doll, without original clothes, in a trade and neither the person or me knew who she is. Could anyone help with identifying her? I am guessing she is Barbie doll for adult collectors based on the body and the make up. And she does have a couple marks on her: one on the head, one on the back, and one on the butt.
