I put up a new big shelf just for my Disney's but my Monster High/EverAfter High shelf in my dolly bookshelf is just about full with the addition of my Christmas gift Cupid Thronecoming. I have a couple of Bratzillas hiding in the back that I could move out first tho. BTW, really like the EAH Cupid over the MH Cupid. She's got a very pretty face jmho. I have the EAH book that opens out into rooms/backgrounds on my wish list if they have any left over from Christmas.

I managed to pick up the new River Styxx. I'm really liking her; though she does seem like she just stepped out of a magical girl anime. (Actually, not gonna lie, I would watch that so much; a magical girl who turns into a reaper to deal with the undead terrorizing her home town)

That would make a good anime (or manga)!

I would also watch/read that. It must have a lot of creepy cute and dark humour...with horribly dorky undead puns. I want this to happen now.

I think it might need to have a dash of Discworld to make it work... *ponders this*

But yes! Haunted is making it's way to the UK stores - Argos has it in. It helps to ask at a till, though, because some of the store checkers out by the catalogs seem to think those dolls no longer exist. They've also got Monster Exchange.

Or Black Butler.

Or both.

Okay... so I accidentally managed to pick up the others in the Haunted line today. (I honestly have no idea how to explain how I accidentally picked them up, but I didn't go into the shop with the intention of coming home with them, that I can assure you of.) Kiyomi surprisingly grew on me a lot more in person, and while River is my personal favourite of the new characters in this line, I think Kiyomi might have just passed Vandella as the number two.

On a more general note: dear dolly gods, the amount the hair sheds on these dolls! I was wearing a black jumper and the front ended up multi coloured just from getting the dolls out of their boxes and giving a simple comb through to tidy up after the de-boxing process.

Also? The plastic really begins to cut into your fingers. I think I'd prefer Mattel going back to the cardboard boxes, please.
