I got my Dark Hunter guy in today. Here are some of his pix.

He has nice articulation and his hands pop off for easy dressing! I love his face sculpt! I know he won't be staying like this...I will have to re-root him(his hair keeps falling out  ) And I'll be redoing his eyes. I may keep the tattoo on his hip...don't know on that one yet. I am keeping the one on his shoulder its just cool and looks kindda like one I put on another character that is going to be his friend. :)

I'll show more pix of him when I'm finished working on him. I won't start till later I'm still finishing my room. ;)

So far what do you all think?

Do let us know how the hair situation works out, that is a nice hunk of plastic man. Wouldn't mind seeing how he looks with some friends either.

I love Acheron, but his eyes are wrong. What are you going to do with the eyes and what color hair will you be rerooting? I was considering him because he is beautiful and his stuff is so cool.

His eyes are right. They are supposed to be silver - he's based off a character in some paranormal romance books (which started rather cheesey and got moreso).

It is too bad his hair is falling out. For the money, you'd think his hair would be fine. Or maybe he is just supposed to sit on display and not have hit hair brushed?

Thanks every one. He is nice looking. Integrity did a great job on him.

He's from paranormal romance stories? I didn't know. Don't really care either I just like the sculpt of this guy. I will be posting more pix of him, I just don't know if I'll do that before or after I customize him.

I'm going to make his eyes looking forward, for some reason I don't like my figures with side glancing eyes. Except for 1 but that is only because it fits her personality. And they will most likely end up some shade of green. As for his hair, that depends on who I make him now, he maybe the character I bought him for, but he maybe someone new instead. The character I'm working on is one of the very first customs I ever made. That character has had several incarnations since then(well only 3).

For the money one would think his hair should have been more secure. Oh well, its not the first time I paid big bucks just to "kitbash" a figure. :D

I've read the book Acheron twice-they are supposed to be swirling-not a solid color-that is what I meant by wrong.

Eh, since they can't make his eyes actually swirl, silver works for me.

And yes, he's from a New York Times bestselling series by author Sherrilyn Kenyon. So is the Simi doll, she's Acheron's closest thing to family. It was kind of weird finding out that they'd been made into dolls.
