Somewhat Derp Question.

How does one measure a dollieh's head for a wig? Any help is appreciated, forgive the somewhat dumbness of the question...

It's done by the head's diameter in inches. :3

You can either use a piece of string and wrap it around the head or a flexible tape measure.

Take a tape measure, put it on the forehead above the eyebrows and wrap it all the way around the back of the head and back to the front.

The average proportioned 1/6 scale doll will wear a size 3-4 wig. Obistu, Volks, Barbie, and quite a number of tinies take this size. Liv wigs are bigger than this. Blythe wears more of a 9-10.

I found this online: Head Measurement Chart So handy!
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

Thanks to all of you for the help. It's the one thing I haven't tried with a small doll yet (fitting a wig) XD
