So for awhile I just kinda experimented on her, mostly by leaving her in the sun to sunbleach her green parts away. That did nothing, so I just got out my pastels and blushed as much as I could giving back colour to her head. I think I did a good job counteracting all the green in her head. The only bad part was her cheek that's facing towards us. Everything I try blushing that area it turns a weird gray brown shade that looks like a bruise.
I then used the leftover Bratz hair I got from that Malibu reroot and futz with rerooting her, except I was really, really, really unmotivated. Reroots on vintage dolls always take forever cuz I want to give them better hair lines and to spread their hair more evenly on their heads.
I then touched up her lips and eyebrows and yeah.
I think it looks pretty good considering how lazy I was about customizing her...
So yeah, I guess I got a cute German exchange girl right here. I decided to name her from the book "The Book Thief" which made me cry. Lol.
Lols I'm constantly freaked out by her eyes but I dunno. I guess that's the reason why she spawn a demon child Tutti...
Lols it's strange to see family resemblances considering how demonlike Tutti is, but hey, if it happens, it happens. (Todd and the guys are hoping Liesel takes Tutti away from the playgroup...)
I dunno what their relationship is since Liesel is like 22 and Tutti is 4...
Lols they've been sitting on my desk bald for months, both on Liv bodies and have the same hair donor. I think despite how different these dolls are they sorta meant to be, lol.
Plus I wanted to show off Malibu's new outfit. Andrea sent me a pattern for a wink dress, but I stupidly lost it while making that blue one, so I have horrid luck. At least Mallie looks ridiculously kitsch.
Lols I will always have a soft spot for Tara since she was my first vintage-style doll but Liesel looks so pretty too...
Poor, poor, poor Deuce. All my other customs keep stealing his body.
However I do quite enjoy Caesar being on this body since it really suits his monkey-ness. It's lean, stylised and it holds up pretty well to his giantic head. Plus... I loathe that volks body he was on, lol.
Bonus points to anyone who gets why he's called Caesar.
And I got around to kitbashing the Skatin' Sisters skipper legs onto the 12 Dancing Princesses Twins body..
