Experimental Pants

Postby mochi.kochi » Wed Dec 12, 2012 8:15 pm

I made Eden a new pair of pants and I don't like how it came out, thus I named it Experimental so that next time I can base any changes for the new one using this one.

Based this from here: http://www.denofangels.com/forums/showt ... ttern-Free)

Just skipped and added a few steps.

This is how it looked like initially, just without the snaps

After messing around a bit just making it fit and look good at the same time, I felt to lazy actually do the whole top again so I just put some snaps on. This i how it looks like at the back

then the front

Oh well, until next time~

Hey, not bad as a first shot at one of those patternless projects! They look really excellent in the front - just need to tighten the tush a bit :)

I agree. They look fine from the front. I wonder if you just folded the back openings under a bit more if they wouldn't fit fine?

Do you mean to hide the baggy part? I tried tucking it in as well but then the upper flaps kept showing >.<

You might need to put darts in the waist. That could make them fit better.

Darts! Of course. That's a much better suggestion.
