Any good Re-Rooters here?

Postby AquaMight » Wed Dec 19, 2012 8:27 pm

Hi!

As the topic says, I'm looking for good re-rooters to commission. I got one of my dolls done and it came out really bad :( she's practically bald, it was rooted very sparsely. Not at all what I asked for.

If you or anyone you know that you can recommend I seek to commission can you please pm me?

A few of my dolls need re-roots(obitsu,Jenny,Cy).

Thank you very much!

Shoot, Resu is the resident rooting expert, but she hasn't really been around for a while.

I've rerooted one or two heads, but I dont' call myself an expert. If you don't find anyone else I'd be happy to do one for you and see if you like it. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience - nothing worse than a bald doll!

I've done a good bit of rerooting both on heads and on wig caps. I wouldn't call myself an expert either, but I've been doing reroots for about 15 years and I can at least do a pretty good basic part.

Thanks for the recommendation but I don't do commissions, I just do spare dolls I happen to have and I'm not planning any more until the Scaris arrive next year :/

Here's a tutorial for the method I use http://dolfielittles.typepad.com/blog/2 ... ethod.html DolyHair.com has great hair. It's not hard to do it just takes time.
