They let the botter win.

They KNEW she was insanely suspicious and has a botting giveaway Twitter account, because they replied to some of the many emails they were sent. They knew what was going on. And yet they still let her win.

Let it go. There are more important things to be stressed over.

Are you seriously telling me that on a doll forum?

Yeah sure, there are more important things in life. But this was incredibly important to me. I worked very very hard to get over 500 votes, and instead the company decided to just give it to an obvious botter they were well aware of. Of course I'm going to be angry!

Unfortunately, they did not specify no botters in their rules. Legally, they would have had to give it to her.

You were able to find rules for the contest? Where? When I looked I couldn't find them anywhere, and when others looked they couldn't find anything either. We also had emails/messaged sent to Jada Toys asking for the contest's rules ignored.
