The Re Ment page on my site http://dolfielittles.com/rem.html some of the things aren't Re Meant brand but it's become an umbrella term. The dolls and dollhouse are 1/6 scale so you get idea what the size is. They aren't any specific scale just what will fit in the box.

I've got the same problem. I've been looking all over the place for a violin for my YO-SD, but all I've found are MSD and American Girl violins, and some 1/12th scale dollhouse ones. I just can't seem to find a 1/6 or YO-SD scaled one anywhere, except for a pink barbie electric-looking violin that she doesn't want. Maybe I'll just buy the 1/12 one for my hujoo baby instead, but my YO-SD is the one who wants to play the violin... Wah!

I tried to make one myself out of clay and I'll let you know, it went hilariously.

I think it's a bit on the small side, but it could potentially work as a fake viola!

Thank you <3

My violin is a Barbie one. They did put out a brown colored one about the turn of the century. You can paint Barbie stuff with acrylic paint and gloss varnish, which holds better, but you may need to do touch ups. Pink or not I won't pass on a Steinberger.

For guitars there's F Toys, they're 1/8 scale but very detailed.

Have you tried searching locally? For swords, depending on what you want, letter-openers may work. Gift shops often have small things that could work as doll props; for example, here in Chicago, there's a shop in chinatown that carries many miniature instruments(I haven't checked the scale, but if I were looking for doll instruments I'd check there first).

Some music shops around here have had minature wooden realistic instruments in just the right size, some magnets some are just miniatures and they come with cases too. They'd be perfect for her.

I use Legos/Mega-Bloks for some furniture.

You can get better resolution, if you use smaller Legos, but it will take more of them... :geek:

Those look fun to make, I'll have to find where I put the Lego. :)
