Oh, and hello again! :D

I have just one, an 02CM from 2002. She is cute but I no longer spend that much on one doll so I can't say oh yes, she's worth every penny. I like the suggestions to buy a head and get a more poseable body. Since my doll is 10 yrs old they probably changed the body used on new Momokos by now? At the time they used the Takara Super Action Jenny body. These photos won't help much if they changed the body but here are a few poses anyway. :)

I have two, though they are both the less expensive Sekiguchi Momokos. No Petsworks.
I managed to get a lolita-style Sweet Poodle on sale and later picked up a Beach Rodeo. BR was kind of cheap to begin with but I Ebayed her stock and made a chunk of the money back

Rerooted her with nylon that I had made into tiny, fluffy curls.

What do I think of Momokos on a whole? I like them. I like their faces and particularly the way the nose as been sculpted. I am a sucker for a cute doll nose.

Ooh, thanks, everybody. Now I really want one. I liked Midnight Crossing a lot, but wow, so expensive. I had the longest debate with myself over whether I should get her now or try to save up for her. I can't find any floating heads for sale at the moment, but I'll definitely try to grab one when I get the chance.
@Greyhaunt: Those photostories made me laugh so hard...your girls are really something else. ;D I think that's the most I've ever laughed at any photostory, and there's been some pretty funny ones, too!

Don't own one but wish I did. I just really like her facesculpt, and the shoes seem nice too. I was considering getting one this fall, but I kept seeing collectors talking about increasing problems with quality control and wrists and ankles breaking off at an inordinate rate. I don't know how big a problem that is, but since it's a pretty big investment (well, for me anyway) I decided to wait and see. A loose head on an Obitsu might be the way to go, though.

OMG - you have onlly fallen for one of the HARDEST to find Momoko dolls out there! Midnight Crossing must have been a short run or something because a lot of vendors never got her and I've never seen her at a reasonable price >< I gave up and figured if I ever needed her that bad I'd reroot another one and make the outfit myself LOL.

Glad you like the photostories - they are pretty old but were fun to do. If I can every clear off my kitchen table long enough to do more stories I'll have to get the girls going again. If there were less kids in the complex I'd do an outside story with them and their mustang convertable hahahahahaha (oh yea, the girls drive in style).
