Thank you very much everyone.
Her wings are organza, and there's a great wing making tutorial here:

at Antique Lilac's website. We've talked about her before. She has amazing free tutorials for all sorts of things. The wires fit into little pockets on the back of her dress bodice.
I fell in love with the Soom faeries, but there's no way I can afford one, so I decided to make an Obitsu fairy. Her dresses are simple: no pattern, just draped and stitched bodices with either leaf-shaped or torn strips for skirts, and sequins, beads, glitter and stuff.

And now Kula wants her frost wings ....

Nice job there. I notice you made socks things(?) to give her the pointy fairy feet look

Indeed the Soom fairies made me want a lot of stuff, the ice/water fairy wings and Topaz herself

Me too. But there's no way.
Yes, her little feety things are pointed because of the Sooms, but they're organza so they bend too easily. I'm thinking I might put fabric stiffener on them.
And I agree: the ice fairy, and the moss fairy are my favorites too--and Topaz is spectacular.
